Faulty Goods;

  1. Please be aware we check carefully all our crystals on receipt from the suppliers and again before they are sent out to you the customer.
  2. We package them very carefully so they do not get damaged in the mail.
  3. Be aware that crystals are a naturally occurring product & display many natural & apparent "flaws".... it is part of their unique & collective beauty.


If you wish for us to purchace insurance for your crystal  in transit please email us & we will quote you the cost of insurance.


Returns and Exchanges;

Please be aware we do not refund or exchange once you have completed your purchase on line. 

We do not refund or exchange for change of please choose carefully.


The following reasons do not quality as exceptions to our refund and returns policy

  • The crystal seemed bigger/smaller on your website.
  • Please note we give dimensions for our crystals on the website. So please note the actual dimensions & not the apparent size from the pictures when you purchase.


  • The crystal seemed another colour on the website.
  • Please note different screens display colour differently, so colour calibrate your screen & be aware we do not take responsibility for your screen colour & your crystal choices based on colour.
